Welcome to Sparkle and Shine by Kelsi LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a service with us, accessing our website, or otherwise engaging with our business, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

  • Sparkle and Shine by Kelsi provides professional home cleaning services customized to the client’s needs.

  • Service scope will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional requests may result in additional charges.

  • We reserve the right to decline service requests that are unsafe, hazardous, or beyond our expertise.

2. Appointments and Access

  • Clients must ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • If cleaners are unable to access the property due to locked doors, alarms, pets, or other issues, the client may be charged a lockout fee (typically up to the full service cost).

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Service rates are quoted based on the size of the property, requested services, and frequency.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include [insert methods: credit card, cash, digital payments, etc.].

  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services and additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged up to 50–100% of the scheduled service fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services in cases of emergencies, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must disclose any hazards (broken glass, biohazards, mold, etc.) prior to service.

  • Valuables, personal items, and fragile possessions should be secured. We are not responsible for damage to unsecured items.

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not handle heavy lifting, pest infestations, or hazardous materials.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns, which may include a re-clean of the affected area.

7. Liability and Damages

  • We carry liability insurance; however, Sparkle and Shine by Kelsi is not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items improperly secured.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Pets

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for:

  • Repeated cancellations or missed payments.

  • Unsafe working conditions.

  • Disrespectful or inappropriate conduct toward staff.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse the site for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with site functionality.

  • Copy or use any content without our permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
